When someone received a letter that an IA hearing has been set:

The member should contact their union representative.

The representative will ask the member the following questions to pass on the firm.

1. Members name,
2. Phone number to contact them at- not a work number personal number!
3. Home address
4. date/time and location of hearing.
5. Who is conducting the interview if known?
7. Any info to pass on to the law firm about circumstance of investigation
8. Fax a copy of the letter to the law firm

A lawyer will contact the member within 24 hours. If the member is not contacted within 24 hours please contact one of your union board representatives so a follow up call can be made to the law firm.
