AB 392 & SB 230
AB 392 Passes Senate Floor AB 392, introduced by Assemblymember Weber (D-San Diego) which would redefine the circumstances under which a homicide by a peace officer is deemed justifiable, passed through the Senate floor on July 10th and is now headed to California Governor Gavin Newsom for his pending approval.
