Deferred Comp. Auto Enrollment
The most recent PDA contract REQUIRES all PDA members to be enrolled in the 457-Deferred Compensation savings program at the rate of 1% of their pre-taxed wages. Members have the option of opting out...if you choose not to contribute to the Deferred Comp. plan. Below are two links...the first is the information regarding the Deferred Comp. plan and the other link is a Power Point presentation on how to opt-out if you choose not to contribute to the savings plan.
